イベント概要

特に外資IT系を志望する学生さんにとっては「オンライン」と「英語」に壁を感じることがあるでしょう。

今回のイベントでは、大きく変わってしまった就活の戦い方について、外資ITの採用担当がボランティアで教えてくれます。 オンライン面接や、英語面接、自己アピールのTipsを身に着け、このコロナ禍を乗り越えましょう！

教えてくださる方は素晴らしいプロ3名。 なんとノンネイティブでありながらTOEFL117点の、英語教育のコロンビア大学修士号をとってらっしゃるオリビアさんからの効果的に学生時代の実績を語るための「英語パワーワード集」も終了後プレゼントがあります。 さらに、現役のGoogleのエンジニアさんも登場！エンジニアならではの面接の時のふるまい、難しい問題を出されたらどう答えるか。知恵がたっぷりです。

このイベントはほとんどの部分が英語で行われます。質問は日本語でもできます。「グローバルな企業」の採用の現場で普通に語られている英語環境をぜひ体験してみてください。

就職活動は個人的なものです。そして、この夏大変な思いをしている大学生に Coffee Chatの方はみな寄り添いたいと考えられています。イベントの中で、登壇者を含むボランティアの方と１：１のカウンセリングセッションの予約の仕方をご案内します。ぜひ参加してみてください。

Particularly for students applying for foreign IT jobs, you may find that "online" and "English" can be a barrier.

At this event, a foreign IT recruiter will volunteer to teach you how to fight the job search process, which has changed dramatically. Learn tips for online interviews, English interviews, and self-promotion, and get over this corona disaster!

Three wonderful professionals will be teaching us. Olivia, a non-native speaker with a Master's degree in English Education from Columbia University, who has a TOEFL score of 117, will be giving away a "Power Words in English" book to help you talk about your achievements as a student effectively.

Also, the current Google engineer will be present! You'll learn how to behave in interviews and how to answer difficult questions as only an engineer can. There is a lot of wisdom. This event is held in English for the most part. Most of the events will be conducted in English, but you can ask questions in Japanese as well. You can ask questions in Japanese as well, so please come and experience the English language environment that is commonly used in "global companies" hiring.

Your job search is personal. And everyone at Coffee Chat wants to be there for college students who are having a tough time this summer. During the event, we'll be showing you how to book a 1:1 counseling session with volunteers, including the speakers. We hope you'll join us.
